Details About the Final Group Task (FGT)
All’s well that ends well!
The Group Testing Officer (GTO) series begins with a Group Discussion and concludes with the Final Group Task (FGT)—a collaborative group exercise that serves as your last chance to showcase your potential.
Objective of the FGT
The FGT is essentially a modified version of the Progressive Group Task (PGT) and Half Group Task (HGT). The aim remains the same: to evaluate your qualities in a group setting, such as:
- Team spirit and coordination.
- Logical and innovative thinking.
- Confidence and active participation.
- Calmness under pressure.
- Intelligence and adaptability.
Procedure of the FGT
The FGT follows rules similar to the PGT, with a few changes:
- Materials Provided: You’ll use items like a wooden plank, rope, and logs to navigate obstacles.
